Loved my stay the rooms are very clean. The front desk girls are amazing. The GM Jeff is a very nice guy. The housekeepers are very nice.
The new manager Jeff, is AMAZING! This is my second time having to stay here, and I can tell you that it has changed DRASTICALLY since he got here! Kasey, the assistant, is AMAZING as well! She has done nothing BUT make sure our experience has been delightful! All of the house keepers are stellar, everyone is friendly, and they’re there to help you with whatever you need when you need it! I definitely recommend staying here if you need some type of extended stay!
Stayed here during an apartment remodel. The rooms weren't great. One of our neighbors saw a few roaches in their room. I didn't see any sign of any at all. Microwaves and refrigerators are pretty old. The staff is phenomenal. Always super sweet and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water. I would absolutely stay again.
A very affordable place to visit the Tri Cities area, allows pets, room was fully functional but you need to bring any kitchen tools with if you intend to cook. Good but not luxurious.

Jeff the manager is very kind and hospitable and Shanna the worker is very friendly and she goes out of her way to help in any way she can. They go above and beyond to accommodate you in any way possible. They make you feel welcome and like family instead of just a guest. I recommend this extended stay hotel for anyone. The rooms are clean and have a full kitchen. The housekeepers are sweet ladies, very trustworthy and do a great job and will get you anything you need.

Well first off the GM was a very nice person, The assistant manager goes above and beyond for people. The room I stayed in was clean smelled good and when I needed to exchange my towels and bedding I took it down and the front desk attendant Sheena was very nice and amazing. The house keeper Sara and Emily are both amazing they both helped with what I needed. Sara came in and clean my room she was a very amazing person. This hotel is clean and I would send people to stay there. Everyone at the hotel is amazing they both helped staff is very friendly
